Alternation – Security Project Manager

Within the Sustainability & Safety organization, safety is more than ever a major issue at Soitec and the team is implementing many projects related to the safety of our employees and our site.

In this context, you will be responsible for the project to update the protocols related to the internal operations plan (POI) and the project on risk analysis. You will propose actions aimed at improving the risk assessment management process (update, communication of results, monitoring of the action plan).

You will also be in charge of reviewing our consignment processes (electrical, chemical, mechanical, etc.) and proposing improvements to current practices.

Finally, throughout your work-study program, you will take an active part in the life of the department by contributing your knowledge to the culture-safe project (co-facilitation of meetings, communication, preparation of information materials, etc.).

As a master’s student specializing in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), you are looking for a one-year work-study program that will allow you to put your skills into practice in a multi-site and international group.

You have a good command of IT tools: knowledge of Google Apps tools is a plus.

You enjoy being in the field and have a good ability to adapt to the various subjects that you will have to manage.

As a good communicator, you know how to be persuasive in order to get your interfaces on board with HSE subjects. Your involvement, your organization and your rigor make you a reliable and autonomous person when it comes to following through on actions.

Your mastery of English (read, written and spoken) is a plus.
