DSG develops and markets software development solutions combining tools such as C/C++ compilers, debuggers, performance analysis tools and simulation models to generate value for Arm by addressing their development pain points cutting both their cost and time to market. Our tools are used worldwide by many of the leading electronic and software companies in the development of Arm based products.

Reporting into the Product Director, the Graduate  Product Specialist is an opportunity for candidates with a degree or masters in Business, Marketing, Technology or related discipline to develop their marketing and commercial skills in a complex technology space. You would be working with leading semiconductor manufacturers, some of the largest electronics companies worldwide, and software developers, you can expect to develop skills to engage with a range of technical and management stakeholders to understand their needs, solve real problems, promote the benefits of the product and articulate how it will enable their development teams to achieve their goals.

What will I be accountable for?

In this role you will work as part of our experienced Product Management and Marketing team across a range of DSG tools on specific projects developing your skills and experience. This will involve gathering and prioritizing product requirements based on VOC (Voice of Customer), developing compelling value propositions that fit with Arm’s products, gaining insights from customer usage data, analyzing partner and competitor products and collateral. You will also help develop marketing materials such as training videos, webinars, web content and presentations

You will get the chance to work with a variety of partners globally across Arm and our indirect sales channels, and will get the opportunity to travel to customer meetings.
