Planning Specialist

This position requires skills and expertise in Production and Supply Planning for a high mix / quick turn product line.  You will engage directly with our manufacturing team located in Austin, TX by utilizing production capacity in order to meet our customer requested ship dates.  In this role you will also work cross functionally with international team members to schedule inbound supply deliveries to support our internal and external customer requirements.  You will also work closely with our inventory control team to support our internal targets for inventory turns and excess mitigation.

• At least 7 years relevant experience in supply chain planning.
• Experience with Oracle MRP, Microsoft Office and Kinaxis Rapid Response is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
