Work content
1. Manage IPS team; Build up relationships with vendors.
2. Handle IP/EDA/Design Outsourcing contracting procedures and documents.
3. Manage IPS knowledge database; Keep IP usage records.
4. Relay IP questions to IP vendors from internal teams.
5. Provide IP quotations to BU based on request.
Other conditions
1. 15+ year in ASIC design, SoC project management or IP related area.
2. Knowledge of IC design, manufacture and IP integration.
3. Knowledge of ASIC design flow and semiconductor technologies.
4. Knowledge of business negotiation and management.
5. English (fluent in reading, writing and conversation).
6. Good communication skill.
7. Good people management skill.
