Process & Maintenance Night Team Manager

Quentin needs to rely on an experienced manager in order to manage and coordinate maintenance and process activities on the week-night team.

You will lead a team of Technicians responsible for all preventive and curative maintenance and the process for our Bernin 3 and Bernin 4 production lines.

To do this, you will communicate the information necessary for the successful completion of the missions to be accomplished, giving meaning to your team, taking into account Soitec’s strategic challenges. It also means listening, understanding, supporting and motivating the people in your team with a constant concern to be fair and develop their skills.

In the same way, you will actively participate in the deployment of continuous improvement plans with the help of the cross-functional services in place.

You are a woman or a man with a Bac+5 degree (Maintenance, flow management, production, etc.) and you already have solid management experience.

You are looking for an independent position, which combines management and operational and technical responsibilities

With very good organizational and activity coordination skills, your skills in communicating, organizing and collaborating with multiple interfaces are recognized.
