Summary/Objective

The RF Junior Engineer responses in development flow until to production. Need help in cable/connector soldering, sample assembling, test/measure, condition setting, tooling/fixture debug or modify, test/trial run and release to production. Need to know mechanical drawing, soldering process, RF cables prepping, and mechanical engineering knowledges.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.

1. Work directly with product development engineer, tooling design engineer and QA dept.

2. Work hands on to identify problems during new product development and/or when quality concerns arise.

3. Adhere to all corporate engineering standards including but not limited to documentation, file management, part modelling.

4. Autonomously plan and schedule own daily tasks, develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.

5. Review test results and address deviations as required.

6. Handle multiple projects simultaneously as priorities can change very quickly.

Required Experience

1. Ability to use SolidWorks and MS Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint Document to management and general computer literacy.

2. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in blueprint reading, GD&T, and tolerance stack-ups.

3. Solid interpersonal communication skills, a professional demeanor, cooperative personality and a team attitude are all required. Works well with others and interacts effectively and efficiently with internal and external people and groups.

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

5. Analytical and creative thinker, problem solver, result-orientated and focused.

6. Experience in RF simulation software (CST, HFSS, etc.) is preferred, but not required.
