Responsibilities

We are looking for an engineer to handle on-site support for Keysight’s system solutions.

We aim to increase ARR by acquiring and maintaining maintenance contracts for system solutions through installation of system solutions for cutting-edge markets, such as Scienlab solutions, PD1500/PD1550 double pulse testers, RSE radar scene emulators, EV test solutions, quantum control systems, 5G test systems, etc., as well as post-support work such as on-site calibration and operation verification after delivery. We will become engineers who are familiar with various on-site work, and will increase the maintenance and sustainability of the service business by improving it and documenting the procedures.

・Able to provide services independently.

Qualifications

– College of Technology graduate/undergraduate degree or equivalent. 

– 2 to 4 years of work experience. 

– Experience in technical sales, application engineering, service engineering, etc. in contact with customers is preferred. 

– Experience/knowledge in one or more of the following areas, or equivalent, in the corporate service business, measuring instrument market, electrical/electronic device or testing market is preferred.

–Willing to acquire native-level Japanese communication skills and English communication skills necessary for business conversation.
