This position is for Process Integration engineer in Pragmatic Sedgefield ,Durham supporting 200 and 300mm wafer fabs.
The candidate will be responsible to support the analysis of internal and external RMA return, Technology POR ownership and supporting the process integration daily activities.
Key tasks
Support the senior engineer on RMA return of foundry customers and the root cause understanding.
Collects and generates data report (Inline and ET) for Route upgrade from Proto to Qualification and generated CR request.
Supports Process Integration daily activities monitoring the lots in the production line and highlight any issues. Attend the daily OPS meeting.
Support process module engineering activities through electrical test, inline metrology, and yield analysis to improve cost, cycle-time, and manufacturing robustness.
Supports Process Integration with setup of systems for data collection, like e.g., PCP (Process Control Plan) requests.
Candidate will support the senior engineer on yield improvement activities for multiple products by analysing failing electrical parameters and perform effective data mining to find the root cause.
Develop new line monitoring methods and processes.
Own and update the existing technology/products/foundry process of record.
Create , manage and update the PCM handbook of existing technology/ products/foundry.
