MRAM Process Integration Engineer

Description

• To be responsible for driving leading edge process/device development and optimization of MRAM technology in order to meet scaling, performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements
• Identify and solve IC process and device problems

Qualifications

• Minimum Master degrees in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, and focus on MRAM related research
• Over 1 year experience in process integration and MRAM R&D is preferred
• Exhibit good and open communication skills, be able to work within cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English
