About the Role
This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll design, build, and deploy AI/GenAI solutions that power llmda’s core product. You’ll work closely with full stack and senior engineers to integrate LLM workflows into production systems, build intelligent agents, and push the boundaries of what’s possible with Agentic AI in a highly technical domain.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and build production LLM applications and workflows – prompt engineering, thought reasoning, fine-tuning, and evaluation pipelines
- Develop and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar)
- Collaborate with full stack engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into the product
- Work with vector databases and embedding pipelines to power retrieval systems
- Contribute to GenAI testing and evaluation frameworks to measure and improve model performance and reliability
- Participate in defining the AI architecture and technical roadmap alongside senior leadership
- Stay current with fast-moving research and bring relevant innovations into the product
What We’re Looking For
- B. Tech. / M. Tech. / Ph. D. in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2–5 years of hands-on ML/AI engineering experience, with a strong focus on building and shipping LLM-powered applications
- Proven experience designing and implementing LLM workflows
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and agentic systems in production environments
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks
- Experience working with NoSQL and Vector databases
- Familiarity with GenAI testing and evaluation frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Linux scripting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and iterate quickly
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with hardware and chip design domain; an Electronics Engineering background is a distinct advantage
- Experience with compute infrastructure for ML workloads (GPUs, cloud ML platforms)
