Responsibilities
- Calibration: Utilize your technical expertise to conduct calibrations, adjustments, and basic repairs on a wide range of electronic instruments. Your attention to detail will play a crucial role in maintaining the instruments’ accuracy and functionality.
- Team Contribution: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service center delivery goals consistently. Your dedication and commitment will be instrumental in enhancing the overall team performance.
- On-Site Support: While most of the work will be carried out at Keysight site, occasional assignments may require you to travel to customer locations. Your exceptional customer service skills will be essential in interpreting customer requirements and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Handle service support assignments with clear objectives, leveraging your technical acumen to accomplish tasks that may require your judgment.
- Resource Management: Exercise good discretion in managing time and Keysight resources effectively. Maximize the utilization of existing assets and multitask efficiently to optimize productivity. Adherence to ESD protocol and connector care guidelines is imperative.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster internal and external customer satisfaction through effective communication, innovation, and the direct application of your technical skills. Your ability to understand and address customer needs will contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Candidates may possess higher education, specialized training, certification, or a combination of relevant education and experience, demonstrating their technical expertise in electronic instruments.
- Workmanship and Quality: Demonstrates a strong dedication to maintaining high workmanship standards and consistently delivers on commitments. Actively supports and promotes programs such as Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
- Effective Communication: Exhibits excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling seamless interactions with both internal and external customers. May initiate customer interaction when appropriate and escalates issues through the appropriate channels when needed.
- Organizational Skills: Possesses exceptional organizational abilities to efficiently manage tasks and deliver results with precision.
- Relationship Building: Displays the capacity to build and sustain professional relationships with a diverse range of individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
