CAD Data Administrator

Job Summary:

Our client in Auburn Hills, MI is looking for a CAD Data Administrator. This is a Contract position.

• Translates CAD data from one format or application to another per request.
• Sends or retrieves all CAD to/from the OEM’s or Tier suppliers for all Martinrea locations.
• Transfers data between plants or between the plants and Troy Engineering.
• Releases data into OEM PLM systems such as Ford TcAE or Chrysler VPM.
• Prepares and maintains up-to-date engineering records according to QMS requirements.
• Required to work extra hours and travel to meet Customer needs.
• Participates and fully understands QMS/QOS as it pertains to the job and support functions as applicable.
• All other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned as deemed necessary by Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of one or more major CAD packages.
• Good knowledge of one or more OEM PLM systems.
• Good knowledge of AutoWeb Data Exchange system.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• May be required to have proficiency in languages other than English.
• High School diploma.
• 2 years of related experience or equivalent.
