Accounts Payable Specialist

What you’ll do:

• Well versed with end to end procure to pay process.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all AP invoices and employee reimbursements!
• Would be the first line of contact for both internal and external stakeholders for all AP related queries.
• Prepare Bank reconciliation statements.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Reconciliation of credit card statement
• Assist on adhoc projects and support on automation.

What you’ll need:

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing accounts payable and processing invoices in multinational companies.
• Experience in handling AP function of other regions (US/Canada/UK,etc) would be a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, and experience with NetSuite ERP and QuickBooks online is considered a plus
• Good Communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work remotely and independently and interact with various teams when needed
• Open to work between 12pm to 9pm shift (if required)
