What You’ll Do as a Senior Project Engineer at Arteris
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing, planning, coordinating, and leading strategic engineering projects in a highly technical environment.
You will play a central role across all phases of the project lifecycle, from architecture and development to verification and integration. You will act as a key cross-functional interface, working closely with engineering, verification, tooling, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective interpersonal communication and manage conflict resolution when needed
- Guarantee the quality of engineering activities, including process compliance and continuous improvement
- Drive project communication: meeting facilitation, reporting, dashboards, and informal updates
- Manage project risks
- Oversee requirements management and scope definition (PoR)
- Lead change management activities using Jira
- Manage configuration through Git and CI/CD workflows
- Supervise version management and ensure availability and quality of deliverables (OTD / OQD)
- Analyze and debug automated test results and monitor test coverage (UT, IT, UAT)
- Develop and enhance CI/CD automation (Jama, Jira, Jenkins, Git, internal testing tools)
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor design or software / EDA project management
- Practical understanding of semiconductor design processes and methodologies
- Strong expertise in agile software development processes and practices
- Advanced proficiency with software development tools (Jira, Git, Jenkins, etc.)
- Solid debugging skills and experience solving complex technical problems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience managing projects involving requirements elicitation, roadmap planning, change control, product delivery, and version management
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in test strategy design and development, especially in hardware verification (SV / UVM)
- Python scripting experience
- Structured working style with high quality standards and attention to detail
- Curious, autonomous, rigorous, and delivery-focused mindset
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Creative approach to solving complex technical challenges
Education Requirements
- Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac +5) or PhD in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
- Fluent in both English and French
Compensation
Base salary between €50,000 and €85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus.
