Responsibilities

We are looking for an outstanding, people‑oriented Customer Service Coordinator with native or fluent French, Dutch, and English to join our multilingual customer service team in Barcelona.

This is a complex, end‑to‑end customer service role in a fast‑paced, international environment. You will work closely with customers, sales, logistics, manufacturing, and service teams, taking ownership of the full process from sales quote creation through order delivery and payment. Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Contract Type: Internal Temporary Worker (ITW) assignment.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage end‑to‑end order and customer service requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Create and process sales quotes and customer orders based on input from customers and field sales representatives.
  • Handle and track repair and calibration requests.
  • Manage product changes, returns, and order modifications.
  • Monitor the full order‑to‑delivery‑to‑payment process, ensuring proper closure.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to invoicing requirements, contract administration, and lease administration.
  • Act as a key point of contact between customers, sales teams, logistics, manufacturing, and service technicians.
  • Resolve customer issues by applying established policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows, proposing new or more efficient approaches.
  • Exercise strong planning, prioritization, and judgment when managing multiple customer requests.
  • Solve a broad range of customer service issues varying in scope and complexity, always with a customer‑centric mindset.

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent French and Dutch, with excellent English (mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a complex, fast‑paced customer service or order management environment
  • A positive, proactive, and can‑do attitude, consistently going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and build strong working relationships
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and a process‑oriented mindset to ensure data accuracy and operational excellence
  • Proven ability to proactively resolve complex issues, balancing customer needs and business requirements
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, international environment, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional customer care
