YOUR ROLE:

As a Quality Systems Engineer at Codasip, you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining a robust and efficient quality management system (QMS). Your role will involve ensuring compliance with Codasip’s quality policy and relevant industry standards; conducting internal audits; and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems in a high-tech industry, with a passion for driving excellence in processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Codasip’s QMS in compliance with relevant company and industry standards – ISO 9001
• Communicate quality management processes and objectives to all employees
• Generate reports on quality metrics and present findings to relevant stakeholders
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management systems
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the QMS
• Implement and drive initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency
• Provide training to employees on Codasip’s QMS and related processes
• Plan, conduct, and report on internal audits to assess compliance with the QMS
• Support external audits with certification bodies and clients
• Collaborate with departments to address non-conformances and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to quality management systems

• Experience in implementing and maintaining a quality management system
• Proven experience as a Quality Systems Engineer, preferably in the software or hardware IP industry.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management principles and industry standards (ideally ISO 9001 or IATF 16949, ISO 13485)
• Experience in aligning QMS to safety standards such as ISO 26262
• Experience in planning and conducting internal audits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
