DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance and streamline the internal processes
- Assume ownership of various areas (e.g. QA Infrastructure, CI/CD, release engineering, various internal tools)
- Work on automation solutions to improve system reliability and efficiency
- Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines
- Manage containerized applications
- Assist in the configurations and maintenance of monitoring tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve internal issues
- Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Python and Java
- Strong grasp of OOP principles
- Experience with application deployment and release engineering
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems and administration
- Comprehensive understanding of computer architecture
- Experience with containerization tools (e.g. Docker)
- Expertise with Git for version control
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Travis CI or GitLab CI)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana & Prometheus
- Good understanding of networking principles and protocols
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript and NodeJS
- Experience with repository management tools
- Experience with log management systems suck as ELK
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of Build-Artifacts management systems
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
