AI Accelerator Architecture Research Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Research on accelerators for AI and other data-driven applications:
  • Architecture design and simulations
  • Technology benchmark

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

Hands-on experience on:

• • AI accelerator architectures and pre-RTL simulators
  • Near/in-memory computing
  • Deep-learning algorithms and frameworks
  • RTL design and related EDA tools
  • Understanding of advanced packaging and non-volatile memory technologies is a plus
