What You’ll Do as a SoC Senior Project Manager at Arteris
Join our innovative team and help shape the future of semiconductor technology, specifically system-on-chip (SoC) and EDA solutions. In this role, you will lead strategic engineering projects in a highly technical and cross-functional environment, driving execution from early planning and architecture definition through development, integration, verification, and product delivery.
You will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with company objectives. Key Responsibilities
· Lead the preparation, planning, coordination, and execution of complex engineering projects
· Collaborate with Product Management to define project scope, requirements, and Program of Record (PoR)
· Work with hardware and software architects to analyze technical requirements and identify required resources, competencies, and work packages
· Define project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across all project phases
· Drive project communication including meetings, status reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
· Escalate major project risks, blockers, and corrective action plans to management when required
· Contribute to the definition and improvement of project planning, tracking, reporting, and governance procedures
· Ensure effective collaboration and communication across multidisciplinary and international teams
· Support engineering quality initiatives, process compliance, and continuous improvement activities
· Identify, track, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle
· Lead change management and project tracking activities using Jira and related tools
What You Bring
· Project management certification such as PMP, PMI, or equivalent (mandatory)
· 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role (mandatory)
· Substantial experience in the semiconductor, SoC or EDA industry (mandatory)
· Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
· Experience driving process improvement initiatives in engineering organizations
· Strong expertise with Agile software development methodologies and project execution practices
· Advanced proficiency with development and project management tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, and Confluence
· Proven ability to manage technically complex projects involving requirements management, roadmap planning, product delivery, change control, and version management
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in complex technical environments
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
· Strong autonomy, curiosity, and delivery-oriented mindset
· Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and with diverse stakeholders

Estimated Base Salary
€50,000 to €85,000 gross annually. Your compensation will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and the compensation of employees in similar positions.
