Job Description

Are you passionate about leading and driving business change? Have you successfully developed software applications to delight users and improve processes? Would you love to join Arm? If you answered “yes” to all the above, we have an exciting opening for a Salesforce Product Owner to join the Revenue Operations team, working in our Cambridge office.

The team work horizontally across the organisation, collaborating with other functions to ensure timely licensing of Arm Technology worldwide. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for commercial users of Salesforce within IPG. This will include responsibility for:

  • Assembling user and business requirements
  • Prioritising these requirements
  • Agreeing the best implementation with the technical team
  • Creating and managing any new data required
  • Testing and approving the implementation
  • Supporting users with the solution
  • Measuring improvements
  • Promoting the solution and the roadmap to users and the business
  • Securing appropriate ongoing development resource
  • Work jointly with other Product Owners to optimise the overall Sales process

Essential Skills:

  • You will possess a good science or mathematical degree
  • You will have developed and run commercial business software application for a large, worldwide user base
  • You will know how to sell features and benefits to a range of audiences
  • You will understand B2B selling, and SAP product and opportunity management
  • You will use integrity, creativity, analysis and rapport to translate dynamic suggestions into valuable features
