Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Communications Specialist

Description

1. Responsible for all external and internal communications on topics related to CSR (e.g. CSR Website, CSR Newsletter, CSR Report, Facebook, etc.)

2. Research and analyze global sustainability trends (DJSI, etc.) to assist in the formulation, implementation, and optimization of the company’s CSR communication strategies

3. Develop/ propose/ produce/ compile/ issue communication plans; manage social platforms and interactions; create relevant, engaging content (marketing & branding); coordinate and organize marketing events

Qualifications

1. Lifelong learner that is adaptable to changing CSR landscapes; strong understanding of TSMC’s CSR development; ability to communicate effectively with others

2. Excellence in producing, editing, and creating Chinese content; 1+ years of experience in copyediting and proofreading preferred

3. Familiar with various communication tools and social media platforms; a strong grasp on CSR communication trends and trending topics; ability to analyze back-end data from social media platforms; experience in managing social media campaigns preferred

4. Adept at project and supplier management; ability to achieve project objectives efficiently and on time

5. Familiar with back-end development; experience in website development or operations preferred

6. English proficiency in reading and writing (TOEIC 860, TOEFL 100 or IELTS 7.0 and above) as well as the ability to communicate effectively in English
