Senior Group Accounting Manager (w/m/d)
Build our Group Accounting for the next phase of growth.
Black Semiconductor is growing internationally and will switch its international reporting to IFRS on January 1, 2027. At the same time, we are creating the financial structures we need for our further development and international expansion.
In this role, you won’t simply adopt existing processes – you’ll actively shape them. You’ll further develop our group accounting, reporting, and consolidation structures, and work closely with finance leadership, the CFO, and the management team.

Our Technology
Our technology addresses the semiconductor industry’s increasing demands for more powerful chips with higher bandwidth and lower energy consumption. We enable the connection of chips to high-throughput computer networks with minimal latency.
The key factor is leveraging graphene’s unique physical properties to combine electronic data processing with photonic communication. This allows countless chips to interact as if they were a single system. Our graphene photonics innovation takes computing power and efficiency to a new level.
In short: We network chips to create high-performance, energy-efficient systems and, with our graphene technology, overcome the previous limits of connectivity in the semiconductor industry.
Your tasks
Group Accounting & IFRS: You will further develop and expand our group accounting and IFRS structures as part of our international expansion.
Consolidation & Group Reporting: You are responsible for key topics related to consolidation, group reporting and the further development of our group-wide reporting structures.
International companies: You will support the establishment and integration of our international subsidiaries and further develop the necessary accounting structures.
Collaboration & Ownership: You work closely with Finance Leadership, CFO, Management and relevant stakeholders, contributing your expertise where technical depth and hands-on implementation are required.
This is what you bring with you
- Several years of experience in group accounting, consolidation, or international reporting
- Solid IFRS knowledge and experience with international accounting structures
- Experience with international corporate structures and their accounting requirements
- Proven experience in the development and further development of group-wide accounting, reporting or consolidation processes
- Experience in actively driving forward finance transformations, change projects or similar development projects.
- Strong hands-on mentality , sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in independently building structures.
- Very good German and English skills
