Semiconductor Field Service Engineer

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair semiconductor metrology equipment onsite
- Perform installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance
- Support tool uptime and performance in a production environment
- Work directly with operations, engineering, and support teams
- Document service activity, system performance, and technical findings
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
This role requires semiconductor equipment experience.
- 2+ years supporting semiconductor tools or equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills at system and component level
- Experience with metrology, vacuum, or plasma systems preferred
- Ability to read electrical, electronic, and mechanical schematics
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom production environment
