RD Pathfinding Process Engineer (Interconnect Development)

Description

1. To be responsible to drive leading edge process/device development on the most advanced technology (integration, especially BEOL loop)

2. Strong technical analytical skills to identify issues and provide solutions for integrated flow build-up and IC performance boost.

Qualifications

1. MS. or Ph.D degree in related fields;

2. Exhibit good and open communication skills and be able to work within cross-functional teams

3. Being Initiative and innovated

4. Experience in IC fabrication would be an added advantage
