RD Pathfinding Integration Engineer (Transistor Integration Development)

Description

1. Advanced FEOL/MOL process integration development, and path-finding beyond N3 technology.

2. Co-work with various teams (Module, Litho, Device, Platform, TCAD) to identify critical path, and evaluate/develop new processes beyond N3 technology.

Qualifications

1. MS or Ph.D. in Physics or Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

2. Skillful lot handling and familiar with process route, especially at FEOL/MOL loops.

3. Good open communication skills, team work spirit, self-motivated, can-do attitude.

4. Fluent in English communication skill.

5. Team-player with hands-on participation and a strong sense of ownership.
