- Employee payroll and working hours management to ensure compliance with all regulations
- New payroll system planning and implementation
- Projects related to above scope
Qualifications
- Capable to probe potential concerns, integrate multiple inputs & processes and develop solutions to enhance effectiveness
- General knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Fluent in both spoken and written English. Fluent in Japanese is a plus.
- Integrity and commitment are the prerequisites
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multi-task while effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities
- High learning agility with good logic, flexible for changes
- Aggressive, willing to take initiative and follow-through to deliver quality results with strong attention to details
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
