Talent Acquisition Specialist

● Partner with line manager and internal resources to identify recruitment opportunities
● Process-oriented, use strategic approaches to allocate and engage passive candidates
● Provide data insights to identify opportunities to improve candidate experience
● Work on global recruiting projects and conduct process and system enhancement

● Highly motivated to take initiatives in continuous improvement with great follow-through skills
● Strong team player to fill gaps whenever necessary
● Great resilience to cope with challenges, stress, and fast-paced environment

● Strong verbal and written communication skills and good command of English and Mandarin
● Logical thinking, multitasking abilities to manage complexity and dynamic demands
● Strong self-learning capabilities to acquire skills in online systems, processes, and semiconductor technical knowledge
● Ability to analyze & visualize data
