Position Summary:

Mari Kelley, DEI and Global Site Manager is looking for a Part-Time Site Coordinator as a fix-term contractor who will be responsible for the administration of the Perforce Belfast office on a day-to-day basis. This role is responsible for reception, facilities management, general administrative support, office events, and supplier oversight. This role will report to Perforce DEI & Global Site Manager, with a dotted line to the local People Team

Responsibilities:

  • Manages all facility related matters for the Belfast location, including (but not limited to) security and supplier relations.
  • Responsible for the reception area and greeting visitors.
  • Works closely with Operations, IT and HR relating to the Perforce office environment and programs/services offered.
  • Responsible for ensuring site expenses remain within assigned budget
  • Plans and provides support for employee meetings and events that promote a team environment and a positive company culture.
  • Manages relationships with local suppliers, restaurants, and catering services to support on-site meetings and events.
  • Provides general administrative support for the office, including employee services, supplies, mail and courier/shipping services and deliveries.
  • Manages furniture and non-IT related equipment for the office.
  • Promotes company culture and contributes to the global Perforce DEI strategy.
  • Ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of office administration experience, preferably in a high-tech industry.
  • Experience in facilities management is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and execute complex tasks
  • Responsible, liable, diligent
  • Good time-management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Positive attitude, flexibility and the drive to get things done when they need to be done
  • A “Can Do” attitude and desire to work hard and have fun

Working Conditions and/or Physical Demands

  • This is a general office position that requires sitting, standing, and regular movement throughout the work day.
  • Regular use of a PC and associated keyboarding.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move office supplies, files, reports etc.
