In this role you will work a HYBRID work model out of the Orlando, FL office.

Role Summary:

As a US Immigration Consultant (Junior), you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of immigration processes within our organization. You will support various stakeholders, including customers, senior immigration consultants, and other US Immigration team members, facilitating the efficient processing of immigration-related cases, applications, and inquiries. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to navigate complex processes will contribute to maintaining compliance and optimizing immigration procedures and processes.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a junior immigration resource to designated senior US Immigration consultants and designated customer populations for all immigration matters
  • Provide direct support to customers, including responding to inquiries and providing updates on their immigration status.
  • Prepare and review various immigration-related documents and communications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US immigration laws and regulations.
  • Maintain detailed and organized case files and databases.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, including consular interviews and other immigration related appointments.
  • Compile and deliver reports on various data points and metrics for the US Immigration Team.
  • Support the US Immigration Team with project planning and implementation and ad hoc immigration-related projects and activities
  • Engage in extensive program-based reporting, synthesizing vendor and company data used by the Team and other stakeholders to make strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless support for employees and their families during the immigration process.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting informational sessions and workshops for employees on immigration topics.
  • Support the US Immigration Team with other tasks and projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in immigration or human resources
  • 2 years or less of professional experience working in a technical role within US Immigration.
  • Detailed knowledge of US visa types, with experience in US Immigration related case facts.
  • Written and verbal proficiency in English.
  • Microsoft Office Suite is required with an emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Process optimization by leveraging technology at a Global Company.
  • Experience in leading large-scale digitalization and data analytics projects in a multicultural environment, including managing stakeholders, preferably in the field of Global Mobility.
  • Track record of success in digital process improvement projects and initiatives, including implementing and transitioning to new tools or handling ecosystem upgrades.
  • Strong background in change management (accompanying process and organizational changes) and project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The pay range for this position is $ $59,430 – $101,880.  The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
