Overview of Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team and support our HR operations. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by managing HR events, coordinating recruitment activities, and providing general HR operational support. This position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to a thriving workplace. TSMC is currently operating in a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in office.

Responsibilities

HR Recruiting Activities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies on various platforms and managing incoming applications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles.
  • Manage the recruitment database with candidate information and interview feedback.
  • Support recruitment related projects and events.

HR Operational Work:

  • Provide administration support to the Sr. HR Director and HR team
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Sr. HR director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents
  • Organize and coordinate HR meetings, workshops, and events.

Supports HR Events:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events, such as employee health fair, wellness events.
  • Coordinate and facilitate logistics for events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years+ experience on project management or HR general operation management areas.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Previous experience in HR or recruiting is a plus.
