We are looking for an Electro Assembler – 2nd Shift. This opportunity will be located at our new and growing manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX.
Training will take place on 1st shift; approximately 4 weeks.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Processing and scanning in and out work orders (utilizing computers, scanning devices, etc.) in adherence to the production schedule or expedited orders.
- Reading and interpretation of documents associated with the completion of mechanical assembly assignments (blueprints, bill of materials, one-line diagrams, etc.).
- Collection of parts and accessories required in the assembly process, assemble fabricated parts to build unit assemblies (Low Voltage Switchgear, Switchboards, and Power Panels) or subassemblies while using tools and equipment common to the mechanical and/or wiring trade (hand & power tools, wire strippers, pliers, crimpers).
- Preparing finished units for shipping (packing, sealing, labeling, etc.).
- Secure component parts on frames, subassemblies, or unit assemblies white verifying that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.
- Disassemble units to adjust or replace parts and connect cables and basic wires, mark units with identifying information and/or attaches identifying tags, reports non-conforming items.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills, and use of basic mechanical/ measuring tools.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.
- Make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects, stoop, bend, squat, crawl and climb.
- Reach, grasp, lift 75lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material (as needed).
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent

- The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $21.00. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
