Role: QR program leader for TSMC Automotive DPPM goal & customer engagements

Key Areas of Responsibility

TSMC automotive framework constructor:

1. Ownership of cross node automotive DPPM reduction management for TSMC & customers

2. Coordinate automotive quality related issues btw QR & Ops for defect screen methods & process solutions

3. Automotive customer communication & management for related Rel/DPPM/return issues

Key Experience:

1. Experience on 300mm/200mm Ops coordination

2. Large scale team leader and project management

3. 8D report system refine for automotive quality improvement through internal coaching & gating
