Description

  • Monitor and analyze media coverages and public opinion
  • Compile media contact lists, establish media profile and create reporter briefing sheets
  • Prepare/Cross check press kit materials for media outlets, including press releases, images, pitch letters, case studies, feature articles, and trend stories
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for corporate events including press conferences, interviews, and AGM.
  • Respond to external inquiries when necessary
  • Interface, liaise and work collaboratively with multiple departments
  • Administrative support includes tracking and processing invoices from various press events and appearances, and other general clerical support

Qualifications

  • Communications experienced professional (PR agency experience is preferred)
  • Integrity as a must
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion, sensitivity and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including impeccable phone etiquette
  • Great project/time management skills to keep things organized and on track
  • Self-motivated, accountability, able to multitask and excellent in detail handling in a fast-paced environment
