Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering all customers’ inquiries in the most expeditious way, regarding order entry, order maintenance, expediting and pricing.
- Generate sales order for all customers and distributors, and verify against sales acknowledgement.
- Process all incoming requests. Verify materials, ship dates, address etc. Process and verify shipments in the most economical way. Follow up and co-ordinate with work center to ensure on time delivery and fulfil order reschedule per customer request.
- Process all requests for sample orders, and provide other information needed by customers and distributors
- Assist customers & distributors in Samtec’s product line, catalogue and available services
- Assist Customer Service Officer in whatever projects or assignments that are needed to ensure that customer needs are promptly met.
- Any other job related duties as assigned by management.
- Adheres to all Samtec Quality Principles and actions.
Required Experience :
- Relevant field of experience is preferred
Preferred Education:
- Diploma in relevant skill
- On the job experience can replace or supplement educational requirements
