Our Hardware Engineers at Synopsys are responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge semiconductor solutions. They work on intricate tasks such as chip architecture, circuit design, and verification to ensure the efficiency and reliability of semiconductor products. These engineers play a crucial role in advancing technology and enabling innovations in various industries.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our PCIE/CXL/UCIE protocol stack Verification IP Solutions team. This role involves driving the development and deployment of cutting-edge verification solutions for complex protocol stacks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the PCIE/CXL/UCIE Protocol Verification Solutions, responsible for enabling and deploying across Simulation, Emulation platforms.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Field and Account team, to drive the HPC solution at key customer engagements.
• Identifying and resolving issues related to protocol compliance, performance, and interoperability.
• Create automation and AI-based frameworks to enhance debug solution.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong expertise in CXL/PCIE/UCIE protocol.
• Extensive experience with verification methodologies – SV/UVM  and tools.
• Proficiency in developing and executing verification solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in protocol stack verification.
