Product Engineer

1. Specialty devices development, characterization and improvement for HV-BCD, Embedded Flash, RF/Analog and CIS technologies

2. Customized devices development and characterization

3. Product-grade performance and parametric improvement by processes and devices optimization

4. Device, reliability, yield issues solving for production product.

Qualifications
1. Minimum Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics science

2. At least 2.0 years’ experience in Specialty Devices or Integration, familiar with semiconductor devices is preferred

3. Exhibit well and open communication skills, be able to work with cross-functional teams & Customers

4. Fluent in English
