Overview

This position is a fabulous opportunity for Graduate/ A post Graduate (under 3 years) in engineering to kick start their career. Pair your technical knowledge with business acumen, partnering with some of the most innovative companies in the world to grow help grow the revenue of the UKs most exciting semiconductor company. We are open to recruit this role in either our Sedgefield or Cambridge office. We have two positions currently up for hire.

Key Tasks

  • Identify and engage with target customers to qualify new leads, generating a revenue pipeline and sustainable revenue.
  • Your day to day will involve speaking to VPs, CTOs and customer stakeholders to forge relationships with stakeholders using your commercial and technical acumen to win new business.
  • Assess our business strengths and capabilities to establish new market focus, design and plan campaigns, and engage new customers.
  • Account Management of established customer engagements to lead customer success and maximising opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Manage your customer opportunities and work within our sales tools environments to manage a growing opportunity funnel and identify our best opportunities to win.
  • Be prepared to work on a varied range of tasks in a day, input into product roadmap, customer meetings, lead generation, marketing. Supporting business developments and customer success.
  • Cross functional projects through your first 9-12 months. Potential projects could be with product marketing; market sector analysis product development needs, Product Marketing; exhibitions, campaigns, Demonstrations with the Product Development team and working with Operations, etc.

Qualifications and Training

  • Engineering Degree – Ideally Electronics
  • Recent graduate (up to 3 years)

Skills and Experience

  • Good communicator and collaborator
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Technical understanding of electronics design and system applications
  • Commercial acumen and analytical skills to understand business opportunities and priorities.
  • Agile, quick to learn new skills and apply new processes.
  • Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively.
