Description:

• Diligently track progress & development vs requirements
• Function as part of the IC design leadership team
• Hands-on abilities to coordinate customer deliveries
• Anticipate and mitigate project progress disruptions
• Drive, follow and enhance formalized phase gate processes
• Excellent verbal & written communication, leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills

Must Have Requirements:

• 10 years of relevant analog/mixed signal IC/IP design experience
• Solid hands-on experience in mixed-signal IP design including leading and managing leading edge semiconductor designs

General Requirements:

• BS, MS, Ph.D. in electrical engineering or computer science.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry either in a program office or within design, technology or product engineering
• Thorough understanding of the entire IC development design flow from architecture, RTL design, AMS design, synthesis, place and route, verification etc., resulting in successful customer products
• Highly organized with the ability to analyze and present data in a clear and meaningful manner
