Do you want to contribute to the future of healthcare? Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Supply Chain Planning Lead in Sudbury, and the role comes with an excellent salary and benefits.

As a Supply Chain Planning Lead, you will help guide a team to provide end to end planning and supply chain activities, including demand management, material purchasing and production planning. You will also direct and develop the Planning Team to ensure consistent delivery of materials and products to meet customer demand.

To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Lead and develop the Planning Team to ensure consistent delivery of materials and products to meet customer demand
  • Optimise and develop supply chain processes to improve efficiencies and facilitate planning related changes for the supply chain value stream
  • Establish the supply chain for design transfers and new product introductions
  • Implement standard work practices.

To apply for this Supply Chain Planning Lead role, you will need a thorough understanding of MRP and planning concepts, business impact and proficient in using SAP or equivalent system. You will also require the following:

  • Knowledge and use of data analysis tools for reporting e.g Excel, Power BI (preferred)
  • Thorough knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes including demand planning, material purchasing and production planning
  • Proven leadership skills in leading small to medium-sized teams.
