Description

Staff Field Application Engineer (Arteris, Inc. dba Arteris IP; Campbell, CA): Research, design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use. Identify NoC configuration options and features that can address customer’s technical challenges and problems. Understand the customer’s technical challenges and problems. Provide prompt support to the customer and follow-up on any outstanding issues. Assess customer requests and issues to understand the support implication. Provide feedback to manager and Director of Applications Engineering on these items. Provide expert advice and training to the customer on how to use the configuration and analysis tools of FlexNoC, Ncore, CodaCache. Follow the company tools and methodology guidelines defined by the Director of Applications Engineering. Coordinate and communicate with the company Salesperson throughout the engagement. Present our technology’s features and capabilities to the customer. Ability to configure a solution optimized for customer requirements. Ability to perform a short demo of our technology that highlights ease of use and configuration flow. Understand customer timelines, project requirements, goals, and key personal. Maintain periodic communication with the customer during the project’s lifetime. Conduct periodic design reviews to ensure customer’s configuration meets their goals. Assist the CAE team with quality assurance for product releases. Assist the CAE team in creating application notes and training material. Collaborate and share information with FAEs in other regions to help resolve technical issues and provide support for shared customers. Position is 100% remote and reports to company headquarters.

Salary: $225,500 – $235,500 per year
