The “Process Control System” team is responsible for ensuring statistical control of processes, as well as providing the means to ensure quality controls on production equipment. The complexity of the technologies, the implementation of new production lines and their increase in volume require very high standards of performance and quality and give Cédric’s team something to grind for.

In this dynamic team made up of experienced engineers and technicians, you are a real player in our operational excellence by supporting the teams in the implementation of improvement and development plans. correction to increase the efficiency of production processes. You work with the process and equipment teams to deploy new relevant, efficient and adapted monitoring tools. In this job, rich in interfaces, you will participate in audits and provide your expertise in order to meet customer requirements. You will also have a share of internal benchmarking (sharing of good practices with our other factories) and external benchmarking (technology monitoring, industrial and academic collaborations).

…in possession of a bac+5 diploma more than 5 years of experience in a production environment, ideally in the fields of microelectronics or materials physics. Methodical and rigorous, you enjoy communicating with a variety of people, and you always seek to improve things continuously.

Your interpersonal skills, your sense of communication, your mastery of English will allow you to work daily with the many interfaces of the position. A six sigma certification (green/black belt) and proficiency in Camline would be a plus.
