We are looking for a Spare Parts Program Specialist. This position will be based in Wendell, NC.

The Spare Parts Program Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the spare parts program for key customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the customer’s needs and the ability to effectively manage a high volume of parts across multiple types of electrical equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive spare parts lists for key customers.
  • Be the primary customer contact from quotation to delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient responses.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of spare parts offers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using various tools, such as: Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, SAP, Microsoft Outlook and others.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong process-mindedness and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Knowledge of electrical equipment and its components.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with medium voltage switchgear, preference given to experience with Siemens switchgear.

  • The pay range for this position is $52,990 – $90,840. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
