What part will you play?
As a Solution Expert you are responsible for our digital sales platform SiePortal. Their goal is to innovate the customer-oriented digital business solutions of digital industries and smart infrastructure using modern standard SaaS solutions.
- You are involved in the operation and further development of the SiePortal platform
- You support demand management in advising business and process owners on all technical and solution-oriented IT topics
- You understand the requirements (demands) of the business and implement them in form of change requests
- You control the development partners in the implementation of demands and elimination of defects
- You maintain a development backlog with Work Items to check technical feasibility, cost estimation, implementation and testing of CRs in form of user stories
- You support the use of selected SaaS components of our partners to complement the SiePortal landscape or replace existing components
- You advise users on the efficient use of SaaS components and know what configuration options they offer
- You look across your own technical area of responsibility and understand the needs of test teams, service operations and cyber security to provide an end-to-end solution
What you need to make real what matters.
- You successfully completed your degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent education qualification
- You have initial professional experience in application management or in the support and further development of individually developed solutions or standard solutions
- You have already worked in application development projects as well as in topic and module support
- We would also be pleased if you have initial experience in the technical management of service providers within the scope of module and topic responsibility
- You are familiar with modern software technologies (e.g., Cloud, SaaS, etc.) and specifically web technologies (e.g., html/CSS, CDN, responsive design, data standards, etc.)
- You have experience in agile methodologies, preferably in a large-scale environment
- Ideally you have prior knowledge of sales and after-sales processes in the product business
- Experience in the search environment (e.g. Sinequa) would be desirable
- Collaboration, open and trustful communication as well as the values of the agile mindset are the motivation of your actions.
- For communication in an international environment you are fluent in English
