Senior Test Engineer

As a Sr Test Engineer, you will join a team of experienced professionals in developing and debugging semiconductor ATE(Automated Test Equipment) test programs, working on state of art ASIC’s.   Creating all the necessary hardware and software to test high integrated custom devices.

Responsibilities:

• Create test plans
• Working with vendors to design and create test hardware
• Verifying and debugging test hardware
• Write and debug test programs for ATE
• Testing devices over process, voltage and temperature (PVT).
• Yield enhancement
• Transferring Hardware and software to high volume manufacturing sites.
• Overseeing Jr Test Engineers

What You’ll Need:

• BSEE or MSEE
• 7+ years of experience
• Good understanding of mix signal testing
• RF is a plus.
• Good understanding of digital logic
• Understanding of S parameters
• Advantest 93K experience
• Perl or Python is a plus
• Have good communication skills.
