As a Senior Front Desk Office Administrator at Arteris, you will be the first point of contact and the face for our Campbell office. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and goal-oriented person to keep our business’s operations running smoothly. Beyond greeting office visitors and answering phone calls and emails, you’ll also have the opportunity to help shape the way we run our office.

If you have experience in customer service, office/facility administration, or front desk/reception you would be a good fit for this role. However, regardless of experience, we’re seeking an individual who will have a positive impact on our office, possess the organizational/tech skills to complete administrative tasks, and does not mind rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal with day-to-day queries from Campbell office, Austin office, and remote US employees
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the Campbell office, including disinfect commonly touched places
  • Ensures visitors reach their destination while conforming to security protocols
  • Coordinate with Property management, Campbell and Austin, to facility maintenance as needed
  • Order and stock supplies & snacks/beverages for Campbell and Austin offices
  • Shipping vis US mail/FedEx/UPS
  • Open/distribute/scan mail to appropriate individuals
  • Obtain signatures/scan to appropriate person
  • Maintain and reconcile HR and Facility credit cards
  • Preparation for office new hires – Clean/organize workspace, create name plates, and set out swag
  • Manage the ID security computer system to create badges and maintain supplies
  • Create/order business cards
  • Point of contact for printer issues (contact tech support as needed for HP printers)
  • Ordering of lunches as needed
  • Water the plants
  • Maintain bike locker program/update w/Property Manager
  • General administration support for HR and Legal

Experience Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and rapport building skills
  • Must be meticulous and organized
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Punctuality and excellent attendance
  • Ability to be resourceful and initiative-taking
  • Be proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel, PowerPoint a plus
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience working with a start-up environment a plus

Estimated Salary Compensation:

  • $55,000 to $80,000 annually
