Senior Application Developer- Salesforce

Summary

The Salesforce Developer will join the AGI Business Applications team that configures and maintains the Salesforce CRM, and other software applications that AGI Sales, Marketing, and Engineering use to manage $100M in revenue. These applications are a key part of AGI Business Operations and are used to track, support, and forecast current and future business.

The Salesforce Developer works in a multi-functional team and will design, build, deploy, and support tools to improve AGI Business operations and integrations with Ansys.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Solid understanding of business and information technology processes
• Highly motivated, excels in a team environment, innovative individual able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Results-oriented, timeliness, attention to detail and accuracy
• Provide expertise to the Business and Salesforce topics, especially as technical SME in Salesforce CPQ

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

• US Citizenship
• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent
• 3+ years of Salesforce platform administration in one or more of the following clouds: Sales, Service, Partner Community, Customer Community
• 2 years of Salesforce Lightning experience
• Experience configuring & maintaining various Salesforce objects/modules including but not limited to accounts, contacts, opportunities, cases, knowledge, profiles, permissions, roles, and sharing rules
• Experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce security controls
• Understand and ability to write triggers, workflows, flows, and validation rules

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Developer I
• Integration experience with SharePoint and Power BI
• Possess a focus on Data Quality
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
• Must be capable of establishing influential and collaborative relationships with team members and leadership
• Experience with GovCloud and Cybersecurity requirements (CMMC / NIST) is a strong plus
