What You’ll Do 

  • Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for current and future open positions
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Support each department by working closely with hiring managers to understand departments’ talent needs
  • Maintain requisitions and recruitment process within ADP ATS
  • In partnership with hiring managers, negotiate, draft and present offers
  • Train hiring managers on our ATS system and recruitment process
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers and interviewers on interviewing techniques
  • Provide weekly recruitment report to the executive team
  • Ensure job descriptions are accurate and up to date
  • Identify and utilize effective sourcing methodologies such as job boards, social media, professional associations, and fostering relationships with employment partners and educational institutions
  • Screen through resumes and conduct interviews to create a short-list for hiring managers
  • Contacting qualified potential candidates and creating a talent pipeline for current and anticipated staffing demands
  • Manage the internal hiring process
  • Maintain bias-free selection process by researching, recommending, and developing assessment tools
  • Ensure timely turnaround on interview bookings and post-interview follow-up
  • Conduct debriefing meetings to discuss the selection of candidates
  • Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Manage recruitment metrics and ensure productivity through decreasing rate of time-to-fill
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast for future talent demands
  • Establish and manage relationships with career centers, universities, employment centers and agency partner
  • Manage the Alphawave IP co-operative education program
  • General recruitment administrative duties, miscellaneous analysis, report writing and management reporting

What You’ll Need

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in a corporate environment
  • Experience with recruitment of technical and non-technical positions
  • Proven success delivering recruitment results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
  • Strong technical acumen and ability learning new applications
