Job Description and Requirements

At Synopsys we develop the software tools that makes chip design by our customers possible. You will be joining the Silicon Innovation Group in Synopsys where our focus is on developing novel products from concept to production.

In this role you will work as part of a team focused on generative AI. You will be focused on developing new products to deliver the next level of Automation in hardware design. Your ability to propose and enhance ideas is critically important as well as the software architecture skills to execute on them.

Key Qualifications 

• You will have a Masters or PhD in electronic engineering/computer science  or equivalent industrial experience.
• You will be comfortable with development on Linux and will have a proven track record of working as part of a team.
• You will have a profile which includes experience with most of the following:
  • Hardware design
  • Python development
  • EDA tool usage
  • GPT/LLMs
  • Data Pipelines
  • Tcl
