Program manager – BU Mixed Signal SOI

In an innovative environment, we are looking for a Program Manager to manage highly complex projects and programs and deploy industrial strategy of Soitec on major programs.

In the role, you will lead program from contract negotiation to complete execution of deliverables taking into account resource, budget, delay, risk assessment and quality requirements.

As a true conductor orchestra, you will lead the strategy of the BU programs. The customer’s need is at the center of your concerns and, in relation with our Field Application Engineers, our Innovation, Sales and Marketing teams, you translate the needs of our customers, define the financial structure and the reporting associated to the new business (profitability targets, organization…)

You combine a high level of project management, relational dynamism, and the ability to work closely with the various internal & external players. Your vision of the evolutions of our markets contributes to bring creativity and agility to our organization. Recognized for your technical and relational leadership, you have a strategic vision of the stakes and propose, with our Product & Techno managers, new technological directions.

With a minimum of 5 years of education (Master, PHD or Engineering Diploma), you have a significant experience of 5 to 10 years in the semiconductor industry, in functions that require customer relationships, expertise in project management, definition and management of new business, or in foundries in functions focused on project management with suppliers. You are familiar with silicon and applications related to mixed signal. Your interpersonal and technical skills, your ability to work in an international environment allow you to lead multidisciplinary teams in a cross-disciplinary way.

You are at ease and agile with high-level international players on innovative technical subjects and you like to be in front of our customers. You know how to transform a customer’s request into a long-lasting partnership where each party will be convinced of the technological and economic benefits of working together.
