• Supervises individual contributors responsible for routine tasks
• Assigns, directs implementation of tasks and processes
• Establishes, maintains business controls and processes.
• Manage group of 20 technicians on swing shift.

• Minimum 10 yrs experience and familiar with optical products, heavy industrial equipment CNC, grinder, polisher.
